Recently she’s supported and coached teams towards engineering excellence, guiding a transition towards Extreme Programming practices, flow, flow metrics, Kanban and Monte Carlo for a data integration platform team working on a multi-million pound 5-year project at an aggressive scale-up. She also coached a business head on adopting product-operating model principles, as well as Design Thinking practices.
In San Francisco she initiated the Agile transformation and then lead a 44-person set of distributed teams towards an innovative streaming product at a pre-IPO firm. Other firms have included Cisco, Siemens, and a major regional US bank.
Her Agile career began by developing a prototype open source carbon-trading system, which allowed her to go to Bangalore to work with the team in person.
