Sorrel is a learning specialist with 15+ years experience supporting learning across the education and technology sectors. She currently operates as a solo consultant, offering ‘Learning as a Service’ - a range of services aimed at enabling the continuous, systemic learning of individuals, teams and whole organisations.
At Conflux she helps to shape and enrich the learning experiences of our clients, advising on all aspects of learning design, from content creation to the way learning is delivered within our engagements. Sorrel is a firm believer that successful transformation hinges on a culture of continuous learning characterised by effective learning behaviours, including reflective practice, collaboration, experimentation and feedback.
Drawing inspiration from modern software engineering practices and principles, she brings together her experiences as a researcher, educator, coach and systems thinker to create flexible and human-centred learning solutions.
She regularly speaks about the principles and practices of continuous learning at industry events.
