Thiago is an independent consultant and a recovering CTO who still writes the code. He runs his own practice, TilinTheCloud, working across data and AI/ML, enterprise architecture, and the team design that decides whether either one actually ships.
He has done this hands-on inside AWS and alongside companies like ASML, KLM, and Nike.
Most enterprises treat modernization, team redesign, and GenAI as three separate programs. The gaps between them are where the work stalls. Thiago runs them as one, an approach he calls the Three-Body Program: architecture, teams, and AI capability moving together, with Team Topologies and fast flow carrying the team-and-org side.

He reads a team's real context before prescribing anything, won't gather requirements and hand back the minimum, and stays on the hook for the outcome instead of the deck.
