Tom Geraghty, Associate Principal at Conflux

Tom is an independent consultant focussed on safety cultures and psychological safety as a mediator of organisational performance. Through working with teams in industries ranging from technology and healthcare to aviation and government, he helps build the capacity and practice to foster greater psychological safety in teams and across organisations. 

Tom’s background is in scientific research before moving into technology and CIO/CTO roles. He’s the founder of psychsafety.com, whose mission is to make the world of work a safer, higher performing, more inclusive and equitable place.

Outside of work, Tom spends as much time as possible outdoors, and is studying for a Masters Degree in Global Health and Humanitarianism
