Attendees at guided workshops have a shared learning experience that brings coherence and common terminology to add impetus to change.

3x 2-hour sessions for up to 15 people
Spotlight sessions let you zoom into a particular topic and really explore it through the lens of fast flow and Team Topologies.
Attendees at Spotlight sessions gain deep insights that apply to your organization’s particular context. Spotlight Sessions are 2 hours in duration and are offered as a set of 3 sessions (6 hours in total).
Typically, sessions 1 and 2 are semi-structured, leaving session 3 for Q&A.

4-week program with weekly live group learning for up to 8 people
Peer learning programs are 4-week programs that blend self-paced video learning and self-study activities, with a weekly live online group session for discussion, questions, and reflection.
Attendees at the peer learning programs are encouraged to share their ideas and insights, and to help one another as they learn. These programs teach practical skills that attendees can put into practice immediately.
Cost per cohort of between 2 and 8 people for a single 4-week program: GBP 5000
2-hour semi-structured sessions for up to 25 people
Insight sessions are an opportunity to ‘pick the brains’ of consultants from Conflux, and to explore and sense-check your organization’s current direction and approach.
Insight sessions enable attendees to have a shared learning experience, share perspectives, make connections, and surface differences. We strongly recommend that customers buy some Insight sessions to complement any of the Guided Workshops. Pairing the Guided Workshops with Insight sessions has proven extremely valuable in both preparation before and reflection after the workshop itself, thereby enabling greater learning and deeper understanding.
Some examples of sessions that we have run for previous customers include: a general “Ask Me Anything” (AMA) session, a Team Topologies book club review, and a session on finding good team and architecture boundaries.
A 2-hour Insight session can be split into two 1-hour sessions if needed to make scheduling easier.

Gain expert insights into navigating fast flow and related topics (like Team Topologies, SRE, cloud, transformation, SaaS, and more) with a talk from one of the core team from Conflux.
Choose from a talk with Matthew Skelton, Founder at Conflux and co-author of Team Topologies, or a talk from a Principal at Conflux.
Each talk is between 30 and 50 minutes long, with a total time slot of 60 minutes for the talk and any questions or discussion.
The price includes a separate 10-minute “green room” sound and video check up to 1 week before the talk. Slides from the talk will be made available in PDF form after the session.
