Conflux wins Breakthrough Culture Award 2025

Conflux receives the prestigious Breakthrough Culture Award, celebrating our commitment to a progressive, people-first workplace that embodies the principles we champion for clients: team-centric, humane, and sustainable ways of working.

These awards spotlight forward-thinking companies redefining 'People-First' organizations. Through employee surveys and interviews, they identify companies demonstrating exceptional commitment to their people and leadership in a people-first culture.

After evaluating thousands of companies and interviewing over 20,000 employees, Conflux stood out as a workplace where employees truly thrive.

It gives me great confidence that we were chosen based on confidential employee feedback. This shows we're going in the right direction. — Carolyn Berry, Director of Business Operations at Conflux

This recognition validates our belief that sustainable work practices drive long-term success. We've created an environment where professional growth coexists with personal well-being, showing that peak performance doesn't require sacrificing work-life balance.

Judges were particularly impressed by our team-centric culture that breaks from traditional workplace models. By celebrating collective achievement, sharing dependencies openly, and enabling natural communication, our approach both benefits team members and demonstrates to clients the practical advantages of our principles.

"We spend time looking at each role, ensuring there are clear boundaries and making sure each person has autonomy in day-to-day decision making so they're not waiting on someone else to make decisions."Carolyn Berry

What sets us apart is our commitment to humanity in the workplace. Rather than viewing employees as replaceable parts, we provide the time, space, language, tools, and empowerment needed to excel professionally while living meaningfully outside work.

At Conflux, the leadership team has built a culture that fundamentally reimagines the relationship between work and personal well-being. They operate with the absolute conviction that excellence doesn’t require sacrificing wellbeing; instead, creating space for both professional achievement and personal life enables better outcomes for everyone.

This recognition comes as workplace culture is increasingly seen as critical to organizational success. With $8.9 trillion lost annually to low engagement according to Gallup, our focus on staff engagement and well-being unlocks millions in value for clients while modeling a better way of working.

Our Adapt Together™ approach creates flow-centric, team-first, and digitally-enabled work environments tailored to each organization's needs.

"This award has made us more determined to keep moving ahead. There's still a lot to do as a company."Carolyn Berry
