Carolyn brings extensive experience managing a wide range of organizational responsibilities, from policy making, training, recruitment, and payroll through to compliance, customer experience, and partner relations. She pioneers innovative internal policies and approaches, ensuring that clear boundaries, optimized processes, and knowledge diffusion empower autonomous remote work.
