She has passion for optimising business value through organisation design, building a strong culture, leadership development strategies, career development and competency modelling, as well as, all the data driven operations needed to align supply and demand in a hyper growth company. Renee spent 18 years working at ThoughtWorks wearing a variety of hats as a practitioner, helping to open international offices, leading client engagements and as part of the executive leadership team in the UK.

Renee has extensive experience with supporting clients in their transition to becoming digital businesses. She has led large agile global development teams and helped clients align their business strategy and technology capabilities.
