The workshop takes place over a single 2-hour session.
Main session (2 hours):
We begin by exploring the “light bulb” moments that attendees had when reading the Team Topologies book.
We then explore what it really means to adopt fast flow and Team Topologies.
[Short break (5 mins)]
Together we then explore what might be the implications of adopting fast flow at your own organization.
We discuss how your own organization is set up to meet these challenges, and what might need to change.
Prerequisites
Attendees will get the most benefit from the workshop by completing the prerequisite activities. The ‘Essential’ activities will only take around 30 minutes to complete. The ‘Recommended’ activities may take approximately 1 day to complete in total but will enable a deeper, more valuable learning experience.
